At Campbell Canoes Ltd, we're committed to giving every customer, whether you're buying a hand-built canoe or a single paddle, a straightforward, honest experience. Here's what you can expect from us.

Prompt, Personal Communication

We reply to every enquiry ourselves, there's no call centre and no ticketing system. Our small team is available during business hours to talk through orders, products, or anything else you'd like to ask.

Product Quality & Transparency

Every canoe is hand-built in our Hertford workshop and checked before it leaves us. We aim for clear, accurate descriptions and photography across the site so you know exactly what you're buying, and we're always happy to talk through specification or finish in more detail before you order.

Secure, Straightforward Checkout

Card payments are processed through Stripe, a payment provider used by businesses worldwide. We never see or store your full card details. Our site is built to be simple to navigate, with no unnecessary steps between browsing and checkout.

Continuous Improvement

We take feedback seriously, good and bad. If something about your order, your canoe, or your experience with us could have been better, please tell us, it genuinely shapes how we do things.

Respect & Professionalism

We treat every customer with courtesy, and if something does go wrong, we'll do our best to put it right quickly and fairly.

Thank you for choosing Campbell Canoes for your outdoor adventures.
